Clif Bar Energy Bar Carbohydrates

Whether as a chocolate chip classic or alternatively with nuts, almonds or fruit: The oat-based Clif bar is recommended for sports activities or as a small snack between meals. It consists of a special mix of carbohydrates, fibre and protein.

The bar is made without trans fatty acids, preservatives and fructose-glucose syrup (replaced with rice syrup). The pleasant consistency makes it easy to eat even when you’re under stress. It can be eaten before, during or after exercise.
