Kool Stop Brake Pads for Magura MT7

The Kool Stop brake pads for Magura MT7 hydraulic disc brakes stand out for strong braking power and excellent performance. Depending on your needs, you can choose between a steel backing plate or a copper-plated one in a sintered version for improved heat dissipation.

Organic Kool Stop disc brake pads are made from organic materials and bound with synthetic resin. In order to improve the braking performance in high modulation, the pads contain low quantities of copper particles, which additionally increases durability. Thanks to the material combination, they make less noise, yet they are often not as robust.

Kool Stop’s sintered disc brake pads on the contrary are designed for high braking performance in extreme conditions. Especially on fast XC and downhill tracks, the pads offer extreme braking power after a short breaking in period only. Sintered pads by Kool Stop are the right choice when braking power, stability and durability are required.
