Pletscher Quick-Rack system pannier rack

Once it has been fitted to your bike, this pannier rack can be installed and removed without tools within seconds. A quick release fastener on top allows you to fix the rack to the seat tube (Ø 25 - 32 mm). On the bottom, the rack is mounted on cam sleeves so that it only needs to be swivelled back by 80°C for installation. With useful spring clamp.
