The SOFTSHELL CAP by VAUDE is a cap that dries extremely quickly and stays clean for a long time. The cap is supported by a sewn-in headband made of functional materials that absorbs any kind of moisture.

Highlights & Technologies:

ECO FINISH:
VAUDE products with ECO FINSIH are produced to be water-repellent, without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). PFC is a group of chemicals used to make the outer fabric of products waterproof.

UPF 40:
Very high UV protection so that you can fully enjoy cycling in the sun. Fabrics that are labelled UPF 40+ allow less than 2.5% UV transmission. The UV protection is achieved through special fibres, a special weave, material thickness or by
inserting a titanium dioxide protective grid into the fabric. Titanium dioxide is environmentally friendly and has been rated by the EU as harmless.

STRETCH:
The material’s high elasticity is achieved through a high percentage of elastane or through a special knitting / weaving technology. This elasticity increases comfort and performance thanks to a high freedom of movement.
